The history of Cariaggi Fine Yarns Collection datesback to 1958, when Aurelio Cariaggi founded the company, that from the beginning of 70's has been managed by Piergiorgio Cariaggi – now Chairman and Managing Director - spurred from the beginning by an entrepreneurial spirit and a natural bent for innovation.

Since then, Cariaggi Fine Yarns Collection has focussed on woollen and worsted spinning of fine selected fibres - cashmere, vicuna, and superfine wool - to create a high quality product used in the best national and international brands of knitwear.

Today, Cariaggi Fine Yarns Collection has over 200 employees and a manufacturing plant located at its Cagli headquarters in the province of Pesaro Urbino.
