The research centre is fitted with special machines – of few in the world – that allow the formulation of the perfect “recipe” for every tone requested, from the supplied source to quickly produce an actual fabric sample which will be delivered to the client within 3-5 days.

A warehouse of around 3000m2 containing both raw materials and an assortment of finished yarns in the colours present on file are discharged upon request in any quantity starting from just 1Kg. The computerization of the warehouse, coordinated by experts, guarantees excellent management: continual analysis of the stock, be that the flock or the yarns (of both raw materials and products) and coordination of the dispatch.
What’s more, the wireless system applied to the forklifts assists in the identification of the merchandise in stock, eliminating the risk of error and time wastage.

Able hands and a high tech approach are also present for the quality controls both at departmental and centralised levels. Analysis for resistance, pilling, colourfastness, archiving and photometric verification of the colours, internal washing to check the thread finish: scientific data to certify an impeccable product.
